Our Story

Hello I’m  Fatima.

For years, I worked online as an illustrator and in digital marketing. I loved the flexibility but I felt worn out. My screen had become a constant source of noise, draining my creativity, focus, and peace of mind.

I noticed I couldn’t hold a single train of thought. Subconsciously, I would pick up my phone, often with no idea how I got there. Sitting still to create became a real challenge. On my iPad, I’d move from app to app, telling myself I was “looking for inspiration,” while the clutter of notifications and endless tabs quietly drained my focus. That moment made me realize how much digital noise had crept into my mind.

I started experimenting with small, intentional changes—curating only the tools I truly needed, setting gentle boundaries around notifications, and creating pockets of focus for work and creation. Those shifts slowly restored clarity, calm, and a sense of control.

Quiet Pixel grew from that personal reset. It’s now a series of digital mindfulness guides grounded in lived experience and backed by research on attention, habits, and screen use. Our approach gives creatives and professionals practical, sustainable steps to use screens intentionally, reclaim mental clarity, and focus on what truly matters.
